HOW TO ORDER
Method #1 - Online Shopping
You can use our secure easy to use online shopping cart. Just select the item you are interested in, select the colour/size or weight option, click on "add to cart" and then hit "check out" when you are done. You will then be prompted to confirm your order and then register by providing the relevant information. Once you have placed an order with us by pressing the Complete Order button, an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is an order confirmation or order acceptance from AKPro.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and AKPro will take place when your order is dispatched, we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for dispatch.
We at AKPro Canada take pride in keeping all your information secure and will not sell any of your information to 3rd parties.

How can I pay for an order?
We offer various ways for you to pay for your order. You can do so, using any of the following:

Once your order is ready to be dispatched, we will debit your nominated account and send you an email to confirm that your order is on its way.
How or when do I receive my invoice or tax receipt?
The prices quoted on our website do not include tax. You will receive a invoice or receipt with your order.
Purchases can only be made by persons who can form legally binding contracts. If you are not 18 years old, you can make purchases via a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for all purchases made on your account, unless your account or credit information was obtained fraudulently or unlawfully by someone not authorized to use your account.
By using a credit card on our Web site you are certifying that you are the cardholder of the credit card or authorized to use the credit card by the cardholder.
DELIVERY
All AKPro orders are processed through United Parcel Service (UPS). Free shipping will be applied to INTERNET orders only, within Canada and minimum purchase amount of $100.00 before tax. Orders
less then $100 before tax will be charged a $20.00 shipping fee.
Once AKPro has processed the order an email will be sent with a tracking number in order for you to check your shipment online. For Delivery times allow 1 to 5 business working days, depending on location.
For International deliveries, allow 5 to 14 business working days depending on location, we cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance. Local import duties may apply, for which AKPRO Canada is not liable.

All prices shown on the website are in Canadian Dollars and are excluding tax, where applicable.
Pricing may change without prior notice. While we try to keep our prices the same on Akprocanada.com as in AKPRO owned Retail Outlets, pricing may vary at times. AKPro reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
AKPro Canada endeavours to ensure that all merchandise offered on the website is available at the same price in The ProShop. However, from time to time (particularly during AKPro Canada Sale and promotional periods) we may offer additional discounts for purchases online from akprocanada.com that do not apply in the Retail Outlets. Additionally, items offered as sets on this site may not be offered as part of a set within the store and individual prices may apply.
The Retail Outlets may also run additional discount promotions for purchases from time to time. Please be advised that this does not apply to purchases made through our website. Please see in-store for details.
STOCK & AVAILABILITY
Sometimes a popular item will sell out much quicker than anticipated, although we do endeavour to avoid such situations. If an item is out of stock, we will try to give you an accurate delivery date. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with any purchase made with AKPro Canada. You are welcome to return any stock merchandise in new condition within 14 days. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you.

Products are guaranteed in accordance with manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship. We require that defective merchandise be returned to us for inspection or repair. If an item is replaced, it will be replaced with the same product and returned to you.
There is no exchanges or refunds issued on DVD's or video tapes. Only defective DVD's or video tapes will be replaced.
